KOTA Russia is Finnish owned company and specializing in the Construction of Civil Engineering Projects. We also perform building maintenance to repair and maintain buildings in good condition in St. Petersburg and in North-West Russia.

History

Founded in St. Petersburg by Harri Hänninen in 1993. During this period of rapid economic growth in Russia the company has consistently performed sustained growth and built-up large-scale projects for prestigious clients.

Since 1993, the company has completed over 30 Construction works in Russia for foreign clients including; Finnish, Swedish, Russian, Swiss, USA, who sought high quality finished works in accordance with Russian norms and guaranteed results on-time. Our select clients come from a wide range of industries including: Manufacturing Plants, Warehouse Halls, Banks, Offices, Shop and Restaurant fit-outs.

The company has a proven track record in using innovative advanced Finnish design and first-class construction skills in civil engineering with Russian expertise and Finnish management.

We also offer Building Maintenance Contracts to repair and maintain buildings with guaranteed standards of workmanship. Our services include the disassembly of product lines; Shipping production machinery and equipment from abroad and secure transfers in cases to Russia.

Building plots, lands.
The company offers in St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast different types of land plots suitable for factories, distribution warehouses, apartment construction, hotels, etc.
